My Approach

Experts in pain management recommend using a range of strategies. I have grouped these strategies into four categories:

Across these four categories there are a total of thirteen different topics we can discuss.

First we zoom out to see the bigger picture, then we zoom in on specific topics that could make a meaningful difference.

The Process

We start with an assessment to see the current impact of pain and stiffness on your day to day life.

We look at which pain management strategies you are aware of and are already in place, which are happening consistently.

We then identify which ones have not been explored before, aiming to pinpoint and prioritise strategies that could make a meaningful difference.
