We will look at how you are moving, to identify specific exercises that with practice will give you the gift of more mobility and stability, more strength and stamina.

The Process

Assess to Progress

I will show you how to do a series of simple exercises that will allow me to see where you are successful and where any limitations are.

Together we will scan your body, the main joints and muscle groups, using these exercises to see how you are moving.

This movement assessment will help to pinpoint where you are moving well, with some ease and freedom, as well as any areas of pain, stiffness or weakness.

Based on what I see and how you feel I will then start to select a series of exercises to create your personalised programme, to then repeat consistently over the coming weeks and months, with progressions and new exercises added as needed.
